Chef's Assistant

Kevin has been with us since the begining helping Chef Roger open our food & beverage department in February 2008 along with being his 1st Assistant. Before that Kevin was Chef Roger's Assistant at Colonial Country Club in Fort Myers. Kevin was born and raised in the Miami area and attended Johnson & Wales Culinary School. So, please help us in welcoming him as our employee of the month!
